An alcoholic with dementia + paralysis of lateral gaze+ difficulty walking.The vitamin deficient works as cofactor for :

a. aspartate aminotransfrease
b.methylmalonyl CoA mutase
c. prolyl hydroxylase
d.pyruvate dehydrgenase

Guys iam so sorry i messed up...its vitamin B1 (THIAMINE) DEFICIENCY,COMMON IN ALCOHOLICS. :oops:
