Hi there,
I have a question. When you do a CCS case, and within 10 minutes after starting the case you get this message that the case will end in 5 minutes - does it mean you did the case right, and that's the reason why it is going to stop?

it might either mean that or that the case management has gone terribly wrong. you can try this experiment - pick up a practice case on your fsmb cd, say the child with recurrent nosebleeds and type in orders for a completely different case scenario, then too the case ends prematurely.
