Will not hurt but prior to therapy you should assess the titer to see whether the fetus is at significant risk for erythroblastosis (we have no info on her previous pregnancies, if any). So I go with b.

you have to give in this case it is important to prevent the rh immune globulin is given in the following situations the father is rh poitive the fathers rh status is unknown or if paternity is uncertain this will destooy the rh positive cells in the maternal circulation
