Hello everybody, can anyone of u please tell me if there is a lot of difference between 2004 and 2006-2007 edition of kaplan books.I have 2004 edition and completed first reading of major subjects...do i need to change to latest edition...will that effect my score.Any advice is highly appreciated..especially from those who have scored above 95 recently.

I have the 2004 and the 2006-2007 editions. They are wasting students money. there is absolutely not significant difference, they mostly rearranged the figures and diagrams. Go with whatever you have. Medicine doesn't change in 2yrs time and if there is few new things that you need to know, you will pick that up from Qbanks. Just relax and hit those 2004 books and good luck.
