guys I m getting a job as counseler in smoking quit program ..was wondering if it would be of any help in resume while applying for psychiatry residency ??

I'd say it would be a little help but not too much; the more important factors scores, usce etc would factor in to a greater extent dude. If everything is great, this might be the icing on the cake.
