i just learnt that ALL loves to hide in the CNS and testis, because the BBB and TBB prevents chemo from getting to them, they hide esp in Astrocytes and sertoli cells so u must give Intrathecally, and it is also associated with high grade tumour lysis syndrome, so have to give excess fluids and allopurinol b4 chemo to prevent arrythmias and Gout!
well i didnt know that just found out and thot someone else should know!
