why there is a lower BP on one arm in aortic dissection?

  #2

because of the intimal flap which ultimately will reduce the force of the blood flowing and also the amount(probably) so there will be less BP in one arm
and branches for the right arm usually branch off ahead of the most common site of aortic dissection.
hope i cud help...although i know i dont teach wellsmiling face maybe someone else will come along and improve on this.
