Has anyone received his/her DS-2019 from ECFMG yet? They have gotten my contract and all my paperwork on April 3rd, but there is still no news on the oasis.
I want to change of my status here from B1 to J1. Is anyone in the same boat?
There is not that much time left.

Yeah, I got it last Wed. It was by DHL. They charged me through my account in DHL.

All my documents reached ECFMG on 26th April. So I guess going by your timeline, it should be another 4 weeks or somewhere around that time before I get my DS2019. Good luck for the residency.
