we're in the same boat. i am actually preparing for this exam for almost 6months too( had to stop studying every now and then coz of my work and family stuffs) when i take a practice exam in UW, i got scores like 17/50 or the worst 15/50. it made me feel as if i did not study at all. but lately after reviewing the explanations for all the questions, i noticed my mistake. i was not reading what was being asked at all. when i read the questions, i formulate diagnosis in my head, then i look at the choices and when i see something related to the diagnosis that i formulate, i choose that at once. not really understanding what was being asked. and if i look at it, i could have made a process by elimination and probably arrive at the right answer if only i understand what was being asked. so bottom line is try to look and understand fully what was being asked before looking at the choices, it tends to make you bias and choose the wrong answer. hope i was able to help you.smiling face
