the guidelines say that the steps are: 1. screen with total cholesterol + HDL 2. if abnorm => get lipid profile 3. depending on LDL value prescribe diet/medication during the test I chose B due to his borderline HDL but now that I checked the normal lipid profile it looks like he has normal total cholesterol, TG and even HDL I'd say C is the right answer
