well ...the most sensitive tissue to hypoxia is hypocampus and Purkinje cells...retina and myocard wouldnt tolerate neither...but small intestine ?? we hear about gangrenes there...so I guess Ill stick to skl muscle...

im not too sure, but isnt it body's compensatory response to shunt blood from less important organs like limbs, git to brain, heart, lungs
secondly, blood loss had a considerable duration, so it gives the body that much extra time for compensation.
Had it been a death due to sudden loss of blood, immediately, then my answer would be (A).
please correct me if im wrong.

yes A..This tissue is the least metabolically active of the ones listed, and is also able to function with anaerobic glycolysis
yes right feyza...b..Shock can often lead to ischemic enteritis.
c.The retinal neurons and neurons of the brain(e) are very sensitive to hypoxia, and the hippocampus in particular..plz read NA Q3 also at anatomy forum
d.The myocardium is very active metabolically
