by the way...depending on the same thing...they should avoid VITAMIN C...bc it turns to oxalate and on top of it makes complexes with calcium...

Vit B6 reduces the formation of oxalate stones whereas Vit C overdose increases calcium oxalate stone formation.

vitamin c can prevent triple phosphate stones by making the urine acidic...u know that calcium ammonium magnesium phosphate stones are formed in alkaline ph ( like with proteus infections making urine ph>7.0)
