My step 3 was a bad experience. The questions were lengthy and I couldnt complete the blocks (always made guesses in the last 1 or 2 Qs). The first day was terrible. It was difficult to get to point to many questions. the first 3 blocks were okay but then, the Qs were weird. By far more difficult than UW.
The second day was better but the Qs were still long. My CCS went great, I made all the diagnosis, my patient went all better and I complete all the cases in 10-15.
Now, Lets hope for the best

I had exactly similar experience to your, except my preparation was just for 10 days....lets see what will happen.

Dear Wamba,
Good that you managed to finish the CCS cases in 10-15 mins. Thats great going. Yes the MCQ questions were far tougher than UW questions. All the best for ur results. Iam awaiting the results of my Mar 19 th exams. I had a similar experience like you exceot for few of CCS cases.

Thanks Manideepa, Lets hope for the best. I had always heard that this exam is very difficult and I didnt beleive it until I took mine. I tought UW questions were the toughest, especially because most of the people say that you just need to have 50-55% in it to have a passing prep. Man, my blocks were by far more difficult than UW. you read a question and at the end, when you read the multichoices, you havent got the point, you dont know what to pick, and time is running faster than ever. Besides that, other questions were very very easy. So easy that initially I tought there was a trick. Anyway, I took the obvious answers. you dont need to be paranoid in these case.
I read somewhere that someone had 10 minutes left at the end of his blocks  !!!!!! What's the secret? I used to complete my UW always on time.

Do not believe is someone tells you that he completed each block 10 min before. He tells you that to make you feel bad. The test is very touph and I am still studying for it hoping that they will not add something called step 4 in the meantime.

Well, I think that the time thing is possible, I usually finish my blocks 15 to 25 minutes earlier in both step 1 and 2 ck.. Havent taken step 3 yet so I cannot make any comments about the timing in this test. But it is possible this person might be telling the truth..
