Simple myotactic reflex is like this, take patella reflex First u got to know what kinds of receptors there are in muscle spindles. Ia responds to change in V and change in D (dynamic) II respond to change in D (static) Also, Ib is golgi tendon organ, measures propioception, muscle length. Note: Golgi has antagonist function compared to muscle spindles hammer hit quadriceps tendon stimulate => I/a(beta) fibers (afferent) travels to grey matter of spinal cord => directly innervate alfa-motor neuron (effect) => quadriceps contract. There is also Golgi tendon reflex, flexor-withdrawal reflex, modification of monosynaptic simple myotactic reflex. Have u consulted physiological textbooks? To explain all the reflexes is going to get pretty long, tell me if you really need a detailed explaination of all the reflexes.
