Hello friends, iam a newbee here, although am preparing for Step1, i want to get into neuropsyhciatry research. is there any university where i can apply by GRE/toefl way and go down as a student and later take up step 2 cs.
Please help.

It'd be too much if you start doing GRE and Toefl. It'll take you atleast 3 months to get really good scores, though I know a couple of ppl who did it in 1.5 months and so. But doing all this along with step-1 is just way too much.
Plus, visas are not much of a problem nowadays if you get good step1 & 2 scores. So, what a lot of ppl would advise you is please stick to step-1 and stop thinking of the future, it'll save you time. Learn from our experiences

Actually i want to get into neuropsychiatry research, NOT practice, so i was just wondering is there any course related to psy/research which i can apply for by GRE/Toefl method and later write steps there? Please help.
