WHICHISTHECORRECT OPTION?
A)use of amiodaron can cause hyperthyroidism.Rarely,it can cause hypothyroidism
B)Litium carbonate can cause hypertyhyroidism
C)Hypothyroidism can cause amenorreia which itself can be caused by increase in prolactin level
D)the most common hyperlipidemia is hypercholestrolemia and in second place high HDL
E)In hypothyroidism ,it iscommon to find high systolic pressure and low diastolic pressure

amiodaron consists of 40% iodine by weight.
thirotoxicosis it pts in iodine-deficient areas, not talking about this country. smiling face

Amiodarone, an iodinated benzofuran with similar structure to thyroxine, has side effects of photosensitivity, hyperthyroidism (up to 16%), pulmonary fibrosis, skin pigmentation (blue nail coloration), and corneal deposits. It may induce QT prolongation.

you are right.. I read that increased TRH probably inhibits dopamine in hypothalamus thus it will cause a high prolactin level .. (Med-Study 2005)
