what did you send when you sent the initial application? complete all the documents and courier to ur lawyers. Hopefully, if things are complete at your hospital's( filing H1B)end and your lawyers files the petition in a week aftr document receipt, it should not take that long with premium processing... keep faith. Even the lawyers are aware that u need to start the residency on a certain date.. they will hopefully be quick.

hi, have you heard anyone who left their country using B1/B2 visa while waiting for their H1B approval? My H1B is still in the process. Can i complete everything in the US when i get there? Do you have any idea what are the documents i have to present to the US immigration? thanks.
