is NBME 4 really the toughest out there?how much should i score on it to land in the 90's column in the actual exam?plus, to simulate the real test,would it be a good idea to take NBME 3 and 4 or does NBME 4,owing to its being difficult, tend to have a confounding effect on the results of NBME 3 when taken together with it?answer quickly coz i have just ten days to go.

I wish to write 2 NMBE later this year before my exam! can some one please guide as to which ones should i do! I'll be doing these NBME only for my pre exam assesment!

i have been repeatdly told in this forum that NBME 4 is the hardest one,,i took it and score 610. but im very worried about my real test performance, i took it on april 11th,..good luck
