Trying to get in PGY1

I have been reading FA, reviewing some other stuff and doing at least 100 UW per day.
I have a really good idea of most subjects, and there are a couple that I have to hit them hard.
Now this is the thing march3 I did NBME 4 and got a 330 :0(. when I took this NBME, I had done 75% of UW unused/time/all and had a 44% cum., I manage to finish with a 48% cum in UW.
Now I'm going second time doing UW, on tutor mode mainly, and ynderstanding the concepts, my UW cum % is 55 now but is the second time, also I'm scoring beyond 60%. on the tests.
I'm planing to take NBME 3, and I have seen and heard alot but still need to ask so my question is:
How much improvement Im suppose to see?
It is possible to go from 330 on NBME 4 to more than 400 on NBME 3, based on your experience?
I need honest answers

i know someone who failed their first nbme 2 i think then improved to 520 nbme 3 in a month...anythin is possible is what i believe...all d best...dont lose confidence
