D? bcoz constriction of efferent alone will dec n not inc hydrostatic pressure diff.

well the Answer shud be B cos the P is also increased n the RPF is dec (which is shown by GC cos its the oncotic pressure of the plasma along the length from Afferent to Efferent which normally decrease along the way now of that is increasing then the Efferent is Constricted.
