niice question, multiple step calculation needed.

E.. nice Q.
1st calculate
GFR frm creatinine clearance 1*1/ 0.01
= 100 ml/min

Tm = renal threshold*GFR

=3.5*100=350 mg/min

Sorry.. its D= 300 mg/min

forgot to take into account the 50mg/min passing out

ans= 350-50= 300mg/min

Oh God I am so mad at myself , especially after looking at you people. Its so very difficult for me to get such types of qns right. I basically freak out and the first thing that comes to my mind, there is not a tiny chance that I can get it right and I never get it right. Anyway...Epica, Indidoc you are doing good at it. I just hope me and NNL dont get such calculations in the real exam. Anyway will search for the answer file and will attach it soon.

So basically filtered load - excretion is reabsorption and that number is Tm right? we get GFR from creatinine clearance and thats it we have everything thats needed to get the answer. and we use those numbers where we see glucose in urine for the first time. hmm smiling face
