Not to offend:
I was always curious about why one needs a partner for a study?

I understand your question, Justice more than anyone, as I always ridiculed study partners when in college, I prefer to study alone, and few people I got as study partners....for step 1 wanted to read along with me and vice versa...every single line of the text...I dont like that at all....

I need one now not to read along....but to discuss strategies, ask each other question once or twice in a week, test each other , so that the other one if not doing well is stimulated by the partners progress and vice versa....

I live alone in USA...have no one I know who is studying for Mle....Knowing someone who is in same boat...and going to the same place....gives the courage and strength...to cross the river...

so if you are looking for a serious everyday 7 to 12, over the phone read along mate.....please excuse....Those who would like to keep up with me and vice versa....and can challenge the other one when down, and discuss strategies which work.....Are indeed welcome....i got very good score in step 1....and want to do the same in step 2....

destinedtoheal,

I see your point clear... I think this forum is a good way to discuss issues of your interest... Just post your Q... If you would like, you could send me PM... I am trying to be a frequent user of the forum as I see lots of really, really smart people outhere... I'm in the US, so we could also talk over a phone, but this is less favorable as I never have time for that...
