yes C is the right answer. Explanation says : since the concentration has been increasing it can only be a substance which is secreted. amongst the choices C is the only one thats secreted.

isn't penicillin excreted by transport maximum system? this substance is getting secreted into tubules, my interpertation o the graph. i think it "D".
