Epica, I had chosen the wrong answer because of kaplan notes. When I was doing questions from kaplan notes I had opted for LH and testicular testosterone not decreased and I was wrong. The explanation said high levels of adrenal androgens have negative feedback on LH and hence LH and testicular testosterone decreased. Now while doing this question I used the same concept, what kaplan taught me and again I was wrong. Here it says they are all normal. Happen to chat with NNL last night about this same concept and after going thru Ganong we concluded that adrenal androgens have no effect on LH and hence LH is normal ( physiologically also testosterone has no effect on FSH and hence its normal as well ) and since some of the adrenal androgens are converted to testosterone in the periphery it is elevated. This is what I can think of right now. Let me know if any of you think different.

To Epica, The Reason i choose E was that the Testosterone Inhibits LH in Very LArge Dosages otherwise in it doesnt effect LH or FSH. We all had the inclination to Choose B but Testosterone doesnt effect LH or FSH. These Qs although from Kaplan Physio Qbank but more Ganong Oriented
