A & B wont have Dec Testosterone Levels with Dec DHEA levels they both will be increased.

D is ruled cos of the fact that GnRH will cause increase in LH levels

i feel answer is E, information which we have are....
1) raised testo.. level
2) low LH level
3) low DHEA
4) no rise in level in LH after administr of GnRH.
5) precocious puberty.
6) leydig cell hyperplasia with enlaged testis
all these are in favour of LEYDIG CELL TUMOR.
this must have compressed tubules.
options A and B are out of the race.....
option D is not possible bcos...it wud lead to sustained rise in GnRH levels and it wud lead to DELAYED PUBERTY not preco.
and i dont think incresed activity of LH receptors wud show this picture....level of LH will come to normal after admistr of Gnrh.
see if i m wrong some where and go thru this attachment...
