Tell us the source. Q is not clear. The treatment for acromegaly is not unic always is combinated. Surgery-Pharmaco. Radio-pharmaco. Surgery-Radio
If the pt has not visual lession we suposed that the tumor is not big enouth and Pharm-Surgery is the answer.

These R Canadian MCCQE questions and u know there isnt a perfect answer to these but the General Consensus is that Surgery Although alongwith Pharmaco therapy is the best option but if u have to choose amongst the most beneficial then Surgery is the most appropriate Answer.
