Dear Colleagues,
does anybody know if they take your points for some gramma mistakes/mistypos on the PN?

I don't know if you lose points for grammatical mistakes or not... however if you have too many mistakes this will make your PN hard to read... scoring for legibility of the PN is subjective, so i would work on limiting mistakes... either UW or digidoc suggest you practice writing your patient note in 8-9 minutes leaving the remaining 1-2 minutes for proof-reading...
