Diabetes--->Oculomotor palsy--->pupillary reflex should not be affected.Since the questions says-the right pupil is dilated--thinking of an Intra-cranial lesion.

So between A and D---->Diabetes prone for aneurysm--->Intra-cranial aneurysm?????Not pretty sure...

  #4

I guess D

sprint123 and nadiabarati,
do you think about rapture of the aneurysm? Note that new symptoms appeared over the last 24 hr. If the aneurysm is ruptured, shouldn't this be accompanied with severe headache, and more general neurological disturbances?
