the correct answer is PULMONARY ARTERY OCCLUSION

WHY YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE PULMONARY ARTERY OCCLUSION?

1-the most common pathology associated with pulmonary hypertension is pulmonary artery atheroscleosis>>>>>pulmonary artery occlusion

2-in the stem of the question there are 2 predispsing factor for atherosclerosis:
a-smoking
b-usage of contraceptive pills

i think its pulmonary embolism.. the long air flight coupled with the hypercoagulable state induced by smoking and oral contraceptive pills and sudden onset of symptoms after the flight indicate pulmonary embolism which leads to pulmonary artery occlusion..
