its a inoculation into anaerobic media.. the foul smelling cervicovaginal discharge points to this.. again septic abortion clostridia anaerobes are strongly suspected.. i think its a.. anaerobic media..

why D gonorrhoeae is not correct. it could be anarobe or chylamidia or gonorrhea.

foul smelling discharge points towards anaerobic infection
mucopurulent discharge with friable and inflamed cervix is the one usual descripton for neisseria
