in PPROM, if the gestational age is 32-34 weeks we go for betamethasone while the patient is in labor. But if GA is more than 34 weeks we go for expectant managemen WITHOUT betamethasone!
We induce labor in 32-36 weeks in patient not being in labor.
What do you think?
