I'm using the CCS trial cases from the usmle CD however I'm having one problem............how do I treat patients?????I try to write treatment in order sheet but it never works.I cant even give patient NSAIDs or some other form of appropariate treatment..........can anyone help me what should I do? Thanks.

Oh yeah 1 more thing.....how do we advice patients like stop smoking, exercise, diet etc.?

this is explained in the tutorial. it actually walks you thru the various steps in a systematic manner. the rest comes with practice/ experimenting.
