it explains a 41 woman with prolonged and heavy menses on ultrasound, endometrium is 14 mm and there is a 2 cmX 1.2 cm lesion in uterine cavity. answer is '' a polyp'' I'm just wondering to notice 14 mm and go for hyperplasia or consider the mass and go for polyp what is the normal thicknedd for endometrium? 3 mm, right??
