it explains a 41 woman with prolonged and heavy menses
on ultrasound, endometrium is 14 mm and there is a 2 cmX 1.2 cm lesion in uterine cavity.
answer is '' a polyp''
I'm just wondering to notice 14 mm and go for hyperplasia or consider the mass and go for polyp
what is the normal thicknedd for endometrium? 3 mm, right??
