its something like if i remember correctly neart he lower boder fo the Scapula the Middle lobe n hten after one intercostal space the Lower lobe but i believe the Auscultation of the Lungs is best done on the Back.
Uterine Artery is the Answer cos that the artery which is usually nicked during the Incision to Uterus

actually what was told in the lecture cd,that the front lobe is anterior and the post lobe is on the back bcz the interlobar fissure is oblique

HEY BUT THE Q DOESN'T SPECIFY WHETHER FRONT OR BACK....SO? iT SAYS MID-AXILLARY LINE LEFT SIDE PROBABLY UR UPPER LOBE COZ i DON'T THINK U'LL BE ABLE TO HEAR LOWER THERE!

I think the Significance is that there is no middle lobe in the Left Lung, as no Middle lobe so if u r ausculting the Mid Axiallary Line then if u go below the 5th Intercostal then it will be the Inferior lobe other wise its the Superior Lobe.
