What is the most common cancer ..squamous/ adenocarcinoma ?
Most common location...upper/middle/ lower 1/3rd ?
Is there any CXR sign ..like rat tail or bird beak appearance ?

  #2

squamous cell carcinoma, 2/3 upper, 50%
Adenocarcinoma, 1/3 lower, 50%
I did not remember Rx (rat tail?)

What type of dysphagia presentes these patients? Solids, liquids or both?

  #3

dysphagia will progress like this first to solid and than to liquids
remember if it is associated with progressive lumen obstruction than as lumen is narrowing so is the dysphagia getting worse

  #4
