Kawasaki in lungs and PAN in anywhere :?:

PAN is associated with hepatitis B in 30 % of pts.it is associated with anerysmal nodules
Kawasaki is a mucocutaneous lymph node syndrom characterized by acute necrotizing vasculitis
Both involve small and medium sixe arterioles
PAN is more systemicwhile kawasaki is mostly in lymph nodes
