If I've got LOR from my own country who graduate American IM board. Does it count to "US" LOR? Thank you. I really have no idea.

It count in your application and is a good thing that you have it, but it is not a US LOR... Some PD might consider your letter a good one, others won't pay much attentions to it...

So, "US" LOR means "only american nationality+native people" LOR ?

US LOR means a letter from a physician working in US hospital... not necessarily an american citizen. Good Luck!!

if program director knows the writer, it is very helpful. no matter US or non-US.
