... just say something like " Mister X i'd strongly encourage you to exercise REGULARLY... has been prooved to help in that and that aspect.. "talk about cholest and more only if you have time... you get a point from SP.. make sure mention the exercise in 1 sentence... id not waste 2 pretious min talking about exercise... and DONT sound judgementallllll...
