hi carvedilol,i am a bit confused about obervership/volunteer/externship. some say that when we are on a B1/B2 visa and we do observership, we arent allowed to handle the patients-we cant take the history and do the PE. on the other hand, if we have graduated from medical school already, we cant get into an externship anymore. are we then allowed to take histories and get PE if we put these under "volunteer work" in a physician's clinic when we fill out the CAF?
