i did it. octreotide bcs it blocks secretion, ondasetron - blocks 5HT receptors, antiemetic, that is it. sorry if it can't satisfy your curious mind. i wasn't satisfied too it was the reason why i posted q.

what I think that cyproheptadine is the treatment of serotonin syndrome when we think of serotonin antagonist cz it acts on 5HT2 receptors which are present in GITalso bronchus uterus and neurons while odansetron blocks the ion channels of 5HT3 which are in area prostrema and enteric nerves and inhibits vomiting (not atreatment of serotonin syndrome) and octreotide is somatostatin analog so blocks the secretion of serotonin
