Hi guys,
i am just very surprised, all happy i received my ECFMG certificate, and because my step 2 is just a low 79, i want to apply and pass the step 3, mostly because i would need and want an h-1. ...
but i was sure there is some state that accept IMG without residency training. But when i went to the fsmb.org i found a sad surprise...the rules have recently changed? even connecticut accept only IMG with 1 year of residency. So not H-1 possible anymore?
pls help and answer, i am very frustrated.

Connecticut requires 1 year of residency for initial licensure, not for Step 3.
