1) greater than 1mm ST elevation in two contiguous Limb leads
2) greater than 2mm ST elevation in 2 contigous precordial leads.
3) new LBBB
plz verify this information with what you have read because I doubt the 2mm cutoff.

thanks..but according to Kaplan Q bank its all the 3 taht I listed...havent read about 2mm cutoff in any book so was confirming..
