i dont know the doc for VRSA but i know that metronidazole, rifampin and TMP-SMX are used

yes ..the ans is vancomycin...becos it causes flushing....(histamine release after iv infusion..)..though rifampicin causes reddish discolurstion of secretions it is not called so

Linezolid and quinupristin/dalfopristin are both active against VRSA and VRE( vancomycin resistant enterococci)
