I just finish reading the renal portion of First aid, and it was interesting I was remembering thing and concepts that were not include it in FA so I just write it down.
Today I will try to do some renal questions from UW and behavioral questions from UW.
My next NBME is this sunday, and I'm feeling a little scare, I got a 330 on my last NBME 4, and I need to get at least a 450 on this one to know I'm in the right track of passing this test.
I have seen some people score more than 50 to 100mpoints above thire previous NBME , I just want to be another one of them

I just finish the behavioral sciences from UW, got a 85%
Its my second time around, the first time around I had a 68% cum. in behavioral
it only has 47 questions of behavioral science, now the biostatistic

Ok what have I done today:
1- behavior questions from UW in tutor mode
2- renal question from UW in tutor mode
3- renal,cardio,resp,musk, in UW 50 questions one block
4- read FA for resp, renal
5- Resp. question from UW in tutor mode
O crap, oi havent done alot today
this stuff is good,I can actually see what I have done

Hi Gogeta,
Please don't , we all have been there, some already through, some still in work & study too.
Lets keep it this way , this job give you money for your survival , for books, exam fees & good food on your table.
You seems study very well, in that case , job is not take tooo much of the study, keep going.
We all hate the job, cause it is not the job we aim for yet. Even though think about med school yr.We all aim for it, got there, but sometimes, we hate it , if the peers or teachers are not right or we're just worn out with over study, clinical or basic rotations.
Just pray daily for smooth day, be calm, relax, positive ... so no bad things will occur or will be less impact. Since you're calm so can handle it very well.
Usually if the job knows you're physician, some or all will put you down directly or indirectly. Just take it easy before your aim is done ie. to pass the USMLE & in the residency.
Take vacation or day off few days or week , before the big day .

As I said before, we all have been there .
Then after post to you here to you as previous post , I link this to our main thread as MyTime said, cause we've few friends in that group , been going to quit this & that like , exam or job & some've been choosen their path for now , some will do later , but some choose as quitting exam, some as hang on job, then quit soon later to focus more on exam etc. etc.
And here you're doing great with hang in both , so I like to have friends there , also you to have more motivation & say that you're not all alone, we all are here for you, friends like that .
So I tried to link my post reply to yours here to our main thread , instead of me post similar reply to the friend/s of our main group .
Hope you find more motivation there and of all the friends mostly met there on line, all are giving a hand to each others in the group, been very caring ,sharing become good friends in a very short time.
Of all friends among us, MT[ My Time] is most of all , make sure, do make all of us to
study efficiently, progressively , & let us know who we can pair with , in studying if any one is doing the same subj or topics or system. You'll more clear if have a look at that. But not necessarily , all up to you, especially if you're very close to your exam.
Last , not the least MT also set, gives schedule, good advice of which books, etc. to go with for your study too.
We all are in all study styles there in that group , there are individual study , but tag along or just there to be as family , also some become small group in same style study or same subj or system.

Well I have stay in my job, my BOSS is a  , some coworkers have seen that I have become a little distant and they have suspect that is because I'm preparing for the exam, so they ALSO are giving me a hard time,
But I saw in another website this:
Your best friend can die, we can go into war, the world might end, dont care about thosethings anymore just study.
And thats what i have been doing.
This is my take, they can try all they want agaisnt me, but I will go to the test knowing in my heart that I tried with all my strengs, all my heart, and with every last onz from me, and no matter the outcome, I will be in peace with me that I tried.

I start doing question in this website call www.valuemd.com and they have this from a guy call tommy and he has ALOT of questions to review and they are HY concepts, and he gives alot of advise.
I felt really good doing those questions from Tommy.
Now I will do more UW questions
long day for me, I have done already like 120 questions from UW in tutor mode
As I said I will know in my heart that I did my best, and no matter the outcome, I will be happy.

My neibors lately want to break a word record, or they think they have to populate again mankind. I have been hitting the rouf with the brum so they can be quiet or go some place else,I have gone to ither places to study but when is late in the night. COME ON

Today 100 questions from UW.
25 questions from everything just to see where I was in general, from incorrect ones, then 25 questions from pharma incorrect ones and just finished 50 from pharmacology.
I feel that there are things that I forget, O GOD is SUNDAY and the neibors are at it again, in the future I will laugh at that but now , maybe a little funny.

Let me do 50 more from pharmacology and that will be 100 from pharma for today, actually 125.

Ok I did
25 questions all/ incorrect and got a 44%
25 questions all/ incorrect pharma and got a 28%
50 questions all/ pharma 62%
50 questions all/ neurology/ pharma 58%
from 83 questions of pharma neuro I had 53 incorrect
Thats why I did the last 50 questions of today pharma/neurology
Have to say I learn a couple of things today, also I review a little FA pharma

Pharma has 347 questions, and they ask in UW some drugs that I'm like  , I did not knew existed.
Also I check the % of people that got the question correct, my rule is if 50% got it right it something I must know , if less than 35% got it right then I know its something really hard, and I also have to know.

For some reason I have been a little down today, whats up with that.

Wao 1am and I have to get up at 5 am to drive 1hour to work, and stay till 4pm and then got o a mandatory meeting at 7pm-10pm, and I have to do alot tomorrow in my job.
It seems tomorrow I will not be able to study or better yeat today because is after 12am
