pt with untreated 21 b hydroxylase deficiencywill sec increase amount of androgens ,These are high enough to inhibit LH which will inturn inhibit testosterone production.

i guess FSH decr (- feedback), no efect on LH since are 2 independent - feedbacks and no effect on GnRH since that is" in pulses" from preoptic hypothalam. region

one more thing to add..... inhibin infusion---> inhibits spermatogenezis since the anterior pituit. release of FSH is REQUIRED for a Normal spermatogen.
