E is the Correct Answer
The Question was abt the SE of th eDrugs Mentioned.
Verapamil may cause fatal hypotension in VT (negative inotopic and peripheral vasodilatation effects). Flecainide should be used with caution because it may produce an incessant form of VT, which is difficult to control. Adenosine is used to differentiate SVT with bundle branch block from VT.

Now the ACLS Protocol has dicated that Amiodarone shud be used as aa First of Drug for Refractory VT n Lidocaine is being replaced by Amiodarone as the Treatment of VT this is in effect from Jan 07
