Which of those abbreviations are allowed in the PE?
AAOx3 (Alert, Awake and oriented to time place and person
Heart: S1, S2 heard.
Lungs: CTA B/L (Clear to auscultation bilateral)
Abdomen: S/NT/ND/BS+; No HSM

all are allowed except HSM I guess....write no organomegaly instead of HSM...
