A 27 yo AID patient has pulmonary complications. Exam of tissue shows yeast-like with capsules. What does he have?how do you treat?

Extrapolating on this q-latex agglutination test is rapid and sensitive(looks for capsular antigen)
India ink is only 50% sensitive in meningitis cases

If the vignette described silver stain cysts with "ground glass appearance"
or foamy appearance it would be PCP. Rx -Trimethoprim/Sulfamethoxazole.
