A 25 y/o man presents with blood in urine. ( his own grin) During history taking you learn that his father died of kidney failure in his 30s and the patient is very concerned about having the same fate. Physical exam reveals BP = 170/110 mmHg and bilateral, palpable renal masses. A murmur is heard on chest exam cosistent with MVP. You order a CT scan which shows

B) Focal glomeruloscerosis

C) IgA nephropathy

E) Transitional cell Ca
