A 25 y/o man presents with blood in urine. ( his own ) During history taking you learn that his father died of kidney failure in his 30s and the patient is very concerned about having the same fate. Physical exam reveals BP = 170/110 mmHg and bilateral, palpable renal masses. A murmur is heard on chest exam cosistent with MVP.
