I wanted to get a better understanding of the EKG and arrhythmias... so I was searching the internet for anything I may find...

This site has EKG basics and explains a lot of things in very simple terminology. Tachycardias, blocks, junctional rhythms, EKG basics, etc...
It's worth a scan.
